IRMA KNIPE  CEA
She obtained a B Mus Ed Degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1983.  After teaching at various schools in the Boland region for 20 years, she joined the Real Estate Business in 2004.  She achieved the Top Rookie Agent Award as well as the Top Agent Award Aida Nationwide in 2005.  She was the runner up for Top Agent Aida Nationwide in 2006.  She started her own business in 2007 and specializes in the residential market.  Irma holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) and is a member of the Institute for Estate Agents in South Africa (IEASA).

CHARLES KNIPE CEA
He qualified as a teacher after obtaining a MA (African Languages) degree and a Higher Educational Diploma from the University of  Stellenbosch in 1984.  He started his teaching career at Paul Roos Gymnasium, Stellenbosch in 1987 and later became Head of Department and Grade Head.   Charles resigned from teaching after 20 years and joined their family business in 2007 where he is responsible for management, administration, advertising and marketing.  He holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) and is a member of the Institute for Estate Agents in South Africa (IEASA).

LOUISE CARSTENS CEA
She obtained a M Consumer Science Degree from the University of Pretoria in 2002.  She has 9 years teaching experience. Louise is a full status agent. She holds a Fidelity fund Certificate from the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) and is a member of the Institute for Estate Agents in South Africa (IEASA).

DAWID KRIEL CEA
He obtained a B.Econ. degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1996. He lived in the UK for several years where he qualified himself in the hospitality industry. He and his wife currently run two restaurants and a guest house in town. Dawid is a full status agent. He holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB).

ERIKA SCHOLTZ CEA
She obtained her N4, N5 and N6 diplomas in the Hospitality and Catering Services as well as a National Diploma in Hotel Operations and Management during 1998 to 2001 at Tygerberg College. In 2005 she qualified as a Full Status Agent. Starting her career in the real estate industry in 2006 at Seeff, she managed a rental portfolio whereafter she joined in partnership as a Sectional Title Agent. Special achievements at Seeff include Award for number of units sold for 3 consecutive years as well as a Top 10 position for overall highest income generator for the Boland/Winelands Region. She holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Affairs Board (EAAB).
